Kikifoodies Shares Her Delicious Fried Rice
Chef and culinary content developer Kikifoodies has released a new recipe for a supper. She demonstrated how to prepare delicious Nigerian fried rice in this video.
What you require:
Fried rice (suitable for 4-6 persons)
2148g total weight of the whole, chopped chicken; * handful of onions; * three garlic gloves; * two tsp thyme; * one tablespoon curry powder; * two tsp salt; * four crushed chicken bouillon cubes (2 cubes); * one cup water Four cups of rice, one cup water, half a teaspoon each of salt and curry powder, and one bell pepper
* Oil for air-frying or oil for frying the chicken
vegetables: ½ green bell pepper, ½ large carrot, ¼ cup peas, ¼ cup sweet corn, 3 bunches of green onions, and 6 green beans.
Season vegetables with:
* One teaspoon white pepper * ½ teaspoon salt * ½ teaspoon chicken seasoning
To season ½ pound of shrimp, use the following ingredients: ½ teaspoon chicken seasoning, ½ teaspoon onion powder, and 1 tablespoon of oil for frying. For the liver, you’ll need: ½ pound of beef liver, ½ teaspoon salt, 2 chicken seasoning cubes, and 1 cup of water.
Coleslaw ingredients: ½ cup sugar, ½ cup vinegar or lemon, ½ cup carrot, half to one medium, and 1/3 cup mayonnaise.
